All Cancellations MUST be made by phone ONLY and at least 3 working days prior to the date of Training.

 

In the event where Grace Training has hired equipment for training and assessment purposes, you will be required to give 5 working days notice prior to the date of Training/Assessment or hire fees maybe incurred and your payment fees maybe forfeited.
